What do you mean they are walking out?!
When Heiser Ford decided to remodel their showroom they planned for everything, almost. Mid-way through the project they noticed that customers were walking in, looking around, noticing no cars in the showroom but lots of equipment, and leaving. The hardest part of marketing is getting the consumer to visit your brand and to have customers leaving, just wasn't acceptable. They did what a lot of smart customers do, they called Optimum Signs.
We met with Heiser's Director of Marketing to discuss how we could help stop customers from leaving. We designed a banner that was reflective of Heiser's brand and delivered a clear message. The banners turned out beautifully and Heiser was very happy: No more customers leaving without looking around!
