Gainesville, FL - Custom Commercial Logo Wrap for the University of Florida
We work with a number of partners and one of our favorites is a shipping locker manufacturer headquartered in France. The manufacturer makes custom locker systems that can be used to house students inbound internet purchases. The University of Florida was the latest end user that we teamed up with.
When you work with Optimum Signs, one of the benefits is that we have a staff of experienced graphic designers. We can take your design and produce it or we can customize it to fit almost any application. In this case the University had a very detailed package of graphics but they were uncertain as to how to use them to the fullest. Our designers were able to design slightly different layouts for each of the systems (depending on the location). We even had one that needed to have the back of the system wrapped. The challenge was that the system was located at the top of a staircase. We were able to take the graphics package and modify the size and layout to make sure none of the graphics feel on the computer operating screen or that the design fit the entire space. We really didn’t want it to look too small or too large.
Another reason customers come back to Optimum Signs is that we have the experience of working with difficult substates. The lockers systems are all powder coated and have a low-energy finish. If you don’t use the correct vinyl and laminate you will have problems. The vinyl will not hold to the surface and will lift up. Figure that each of these doors will be handled at least 25-20 times per week. This requires the proper type of adhesive and laminate to protect the print and the integrity of the design. The last thing you want to do is to have a failure and have to send a tech to replace the print.
If you have a difficult surface that you would like to brand, please give us a call at 262.289.9481 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We would love to work with you.
